Goodbye boring sandwiches! We are deconstructing lunch today with this fun platter for picky eaters. We've satisfied the savoury craving with cheesy garlic toasties and the sweet craving with strawberry yogurt, apples and a protein-packed fun fruit dip made from peanut butter and cream cheese!

- Cut ciabatta into 1/2-inch slices.
- Arrange ciabatta on an unlined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle cheese over top, then bake in the middle of the oven until cheese has melted, 1-2 min. (TIP: Keep an eye on cheese toasties so they don't burn!)
- Meanwhile, core, then cut apples into 1/2-inch slices.
- Cut celery lengthwise into 1/2-inch sticks.
- Combine peanut butter, cream cheese, 1/8 tsp sugar and 1/8 tsp salt in a small bowl. (NOTE: This is your fun fruit dip!)
- Run strawberry jam packet under warm water for 30 sec to soften.
- Combine jam and 1 tsp sugar in another small bowl. Add yogurt. Stir until smooth.
- Divide cheese toasties, apple slices and celery sticks between plates.
- Serve fun fruit dip and strawberry yogurt on the side.
