Heat a medium pot over medium heat. When hot, add 2 oil. Sprinkle over flour. Cook, stirring often, until golden-brown and fragrant, 2-3 min.
Add reserved pork juices, chicken broth concentrate, apple cider, 1 cup water and 1/2 tsp salt. Bring to a boil over medium-high then reduce heat to medium. Simmer, stirring often, until gravy is slightly thickened, 2-3 min.
Stir butter in to gravy off heat. Transfer gravy to a gravy boat.
