We have been enjoying these meals for a while. Not all have been ´keepers´ but that is a preference thing and not a quality thing. We order the 4 serving meals. There were 2 adult male children in the home and we found that the servings were too small for them. One has moved out and the 4 serving meals are perfect for 2 adults and 1 large man child. A regular family of 4 with younger children will find these meals perfect. We do tend to over eat so the portion sizing is helpful. I love the convenienc and the quality. These meals have made our lives so much easier...I don't have to hear...`what's for dinner´ every night anymore. 🙂

If you are single or a couple this is the route to go

Ingredients are fresh, packaged ingredients are well labeled. Recipes, instructions and product list is well written- even a child or inexperienced cook can follow and have good results. Finished dish is very tasty with interesting seasoning profiles. Recipes allow cook to customized amount of seasoning, you can customize recipe - remove an ingredient or add an ingredient and the finished product is just as good. No food waste. Prep and cook time is between 30-40 minutes. Clean up is quick and easy and can be done between recipe steps. This is a near perfect product for a single person or a couple to eat a well balance, nutritional and varied diet at a reasonable price.

Can I cancel a delivery?

We don't lock you into a contract. We welcome you to come back whenever you are ready, but we make it easy to cancel your subscription at any time. Instead of cancelling a subscription, you can also always skip a delivery if you just want to skip a week or two then resume receiving your subscription.

How to cancel a food box?

To cancel your food box subscription, all you do is login to your account, click your name at the top, select account settings, then choose whichever subscription it is you’d like to cancel, and hit “cancel by subscription” at the bottom right-hand corner. If you have multiple boxes, you will need to cancel each separately.

How much do HelloFresh boxes cost?

The cost of your HelloFresh box will depend on the frequency you set your meal box orders to, the amount of people you are looking to feed, and if your food box is catered to any specific diet or restrictions.

What is the best plan for me?

What is delivered inside HelloFresh’s boxes?

Everything you need is delivered in your HelloFresh meal box each week. You’ll find high-quality, pre-measured ingredients ready for the pan, alongside our detailed, step-by-step recipes to help guide you through each meal box. Our recipe cards also include detailed nutritional information and allergy advice, so you know what goes into your dinner.

Can I choose which recipes go into my meal box?

With both the Family Plan and the Pronto Plan you can choose between six and nine different meals each week, giving you plenty of variety and keeping you creative in the kitchen. If you find there are specific meals or ingredients that you don’t like in your box, let us know and we’ll happily swap them out for something else.

What if I can’t be home to receive my food box delivery?

If you realize you will not be at home on your delivery day, simply notify us and we’ll leave your meal box somewhere safe for when you return. This can be at a neighbour’s house, in your backyard, or even at the front desk of your office.
