Cooking Steps
- Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch pieces.
- To an unlined baking sheet, add potatoes and zesty garlic blend. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Roast in the middle of the oven for 22-25 min, stirring halfway until golden and tender. ** NOTE FOR 4 P?**
- While potatoes roast, peel then cut onion into 1/4-inch pieces.
- Thinly slice chives.
- On a clean cutting board, cut bacon into 1/2-inch pieces.
- Heat a large non-stick pan over medium.
- When hot, add bacon. Cook for 5-8 min, stirring occasionally, until crispy.**
- Remove the pan from heat. Using a slotted spoon, transfer bacon to a paper towel-lined cutting board. Set aside.
- Discard all but 1 tbsp bacon fat.
- Reheat pan over medium heat.
- Add sausage and onions.
- Cook for 4-5 min, breaking up sauage into smaller pieces, until no pink remains.**
- Sprinkle Cream Sauce Spice Blend over top. Stir to coat.
- Add soy sauce, mustard, cream and 3/4 cup (1 1/2 cups) water.
- Cook for 1-2 min, stirring often until gravy thickens slightly.
- Divide potatoes between plates.
- Top with sausage gravy.
- Sprinkle cheese, bacon and chives overtop.
