Make couscous

  • Bring 2/3 cup water to a boil in a small pot or kettle.
  • Add couscous and boiling water to a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then stir to combine.
  • Cover and let stand for 5 min.

  • Cut cucumber into 1/4-inch slices.
  • Cut tomato into 1/4-inch pieces.
Finish and serve
