Cooking Steps

  • Before starting, wash and dry all produce.
  • Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  • While pan heats, tear or cut ciabtta into 1-inch pieces.
  • When hot, add 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) butter to pan. Swirl pan for 30 sec until butter melts.
  • Add ciabatta. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-4 min, stirring often until croutons are lightly crisp and golden. Remove from heat. Stir in half the Zesty Garlic Blend. Transfer croutons to a plate. Wipe out pan.

  • Core, then cut apple into 1/2-inch pieces.
  • To a large bowl, add honey, mustard, vinegar and 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) oil. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to mix.

  • Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper and remaining Zesty Garlic Blend.
  • Reheat the same pan over med-high. When hot, add 1/2 tbsp (1 tbsp) oil, then chicken.
  • Cook for 3-5 min, turning occasionally, until golden cooked through.**
  • Remove from heat. Add _____  honey-mustard dressing. Stir to coat.

  • To bowl of dressing, add apples, arugula and spinach mix, spring mix, and croutons. Toss to coat.
  • Divide salad betwen plates.
  • Top with chicken and seed blend.
