This gorgeous veggie salad is built on classic East Asian flavours like soy, sesame and everyone's favourite chili sauce: sriracha!
Produced in a facility that processes milk, sesame, eggs, fish, shellfish, crustaceans, mustard, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybean and sulphites.
Seasoned Rice Vinegar(ContainsSulphites/Sulfite)
Soy Sauce(ContainsSulphites/Sulfite, Soy/Soja, Wheat/Blé)

Hoisin Sauce(ContainsSesame/Sésame, Soy/Soja, Mustard/Moutarde)
Before starting, wash and dry all produce. Thinly slice radishes. Core, then cut pepper into 1/4-inch slices.
Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. When hot, add half the sesame oil, then Beyond Meat®. Cook, breaking up patties into bite-sized pieces, until slightly crispy, 5-6 min.** Season with pepper.
Add sriracha, half the soy sauce and half the hoisin sauce (use all the hoisin sauce for 4 ppl) to the pan with Beyond Meat®. Cook, stirring often, until sauce is mostly absorbed, 1-2 min. Transfer Beyond Meat® to a plate to cool.
Add vinegar, remaining sesame oil, 1/2 tsp soy sauce and 1/2 tsp sugar (dbl both for 4 ppl) to a large bowl. Whisk until sugar dissolves.
Add spinach, radishes and peppers to the bowl with vinaigrette. Toss to combine.
Divide salad between plates. Top with Beyond Meat®. Sprinkle peanuts over top.
