- Remove brie from packaging and place in an oven-safe dish or 8x8-inch baking dish. Dollop blueberry jam over top of brie.
- Bake in the middle of the oven until brie softens, 18-20 min.
- Turn the oven to high broil.
- Meanwhile, heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat.
- When hot, add walnuts to the dry pan. Toast, stirring often, until golden-brown, 4-5 min. (TIP: Keep your eye on them so they don't burn!)
- Transfer to a plate.
- Cut ciabatta width-wise into 1/4-inch slices.
- Add 1 tbsp butter to a small bowl. Melt in the microwave, 30 sec. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Arrange ciabatta slices directly on an unlined baking sheet. Brush with melted butter.
- Broil in the middle of the oven until golden-brown, 2-4 min. (TIP: Keep your eye on the crostini so they don't burn!)
- Transfer blueberry baked brie to a shallow serving dish, then sprinkle with toasted walnuts.
- Cut out a small wedge of brie to allow for serving.
- Serve crostini alongside.
