If you've opted to get tilapia, pat dry with paper towels, pressing well to absorb as much moisture as possible. Season with salt and half the Lemon-Pepper Seasoning (use all for 4 servings). Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high. When hot, add 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) oil, then tilapia and garlic puree.
