Cooking Steps

  • Before starting, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil (use same for 4 servings).
  • Wash and dry all produce.
  • Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high.
  • Meanwhile, core, then cut pepper into 1/4-inch pieces.
  • When hot, add 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) oil, then chicken and peppers. Cook 4-5 min, breaking up chicken into smaller pieces, until no pink remains.** Season with salt, pepper and half the Smoked-Paprika Garlic Blend.

  • Meanwhile, to the boiling water, add cavatappi. Cook uncovered for 8-9 min, stirring occasionally, until tender.
  • Strain, then return to the pot, off heat. Stir in garlic spread. 
  • While the cavatappi cooks, juice lemon.

  • When the chicken is done, to the same pan, add crushed tomatoes, creamy dressing, remaining Smoked Paprika-Garlic Blend, 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) lemon juice. Cook for 3-4 min, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Divide pasta between bowls. Top with chicken paprikash sauce.
  • Using scissors, snip parsley over top.
