Cooking Steps

  • Peel, then cut potatoes into 1/2-inch pieces.
  • Heat a medium oven-proof pan (large pan for 4 ppl) over medium-high heat. When hot, add 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) butter, potatoes and Cream Sauce Spice Blend. Season with pepper. Cook, stirring often, until potatoes are coated, 1 min.
  •  Add cream, cream cheese and 1/2 cup (1 cup) water. Cook, stirring often until cheese has melted and sauce boiling, 2-3 min.

  • Remove the pan from heat, then sprinkle cheddar cheese and panko over top. (NOTE: Once boiling, if you don't have an oven-proof pan, carefully transfer potato mixture to an 8x8-inch baking dish [9x13-inch for 4 ppl].)Bake in the middle of the oven until potatoes are tender and topping is golden-brown, 22-28 min.
  • Meanwhile, trim sugar snap peas.
  • Using a fork, poke tomatoes. 
  • Roughly chop parsley.

  • Once potatoes have been baking for 14 minutes, add snap peas, half the Zesty Garlic Blend and 1/2 tbsp (1tbsp) oil to one half of a parchment-lined baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
  • Roast in the bottom of the oven, stirring halfway until tender-crisp and golden, 7-9 min.

  • Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  • While pan heats, pat steaks dry with paper towels. Season with remaining Zesty Garlic Blend, salt and pepper.
  • When hot, add 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) oil, then steaks. Sear until golden-brown,1-2 per side. Transfer steaks to other half of baking sheet beside snap peas. roast in the middle of the oven until cooked to desired doneness, 6-10 min.**

  • When steaks are done, remove from heat and transfer to a plate. Loosely cover with foil and set aside to rest for 2-3 min.
  • While steaks rest, reheat the same pan over medium. When hot, add 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) butter, and tomatoes. Cook, stirring often until tomatoes begin to burst, 2-4 min.
  • Add balsamic glaze and any beef juices from the plate. Cook, stirring often until tomatoes soften and sauce thickens lightly, 1-2 min.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Stir in half the parsley.

  • Thinly slice steaks.
  • Divide steaks, veggies and potatoes between plates. 
  • Sprinkle remaining parsley over potatoes.
  • Spoon balsamic tomatoes over steak.
