Start gravy

Start gravy once turkey is resting and Crumble Apple Blossoms are in the oven! Heat a medium pot over medium heat.When hot, add 2 tbsp butter, then swirl the pot until melted, 30 sec.Sprinkle Gravy Spice Blend over butter. Cook, stirring often, until golden-brown and fragrant, 1-2 min.

Finish gravy

Add 1 1/2 cups reserved turkey drippings, chicken broth concentrates and 1/2 tbsp chopped thyme, then bring to a boil over high. (NOTE: If you don‘t have enough drippings to make 1 1/2 cup, top up with water.)Once boiling, reduce heat to medium. Add 1/4 cup cream. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, whisking often, until gravy reduces slightly, 4-5 min.Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Pour into a gravy boat.
