This is the 6 person recipe. Start this recipe at the 2hr 50min mark.
Before starting wash, and dry all produce. Heat a medium pot over medium heat. When hot, add 2 tbsp butter, and swirl to melt. Sprinkle over the flour. Cook,whisking often, until golden-brown and fragrant, 2-3 min.

Add reserved turkey juices, demi-glace, 1 1/2 cups water and 1/2 tsp salt. Simmer, whisking often, until gravy is slightly reduced, 2-3 min.

Transfer gravy to a gravy boat.
