Cooking Steps

  • Pat steak dry with paper towels.
  • Season with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper.
  • Add steak to the grill. Cook, flipping steak once, until cooked to desired doneness, 4-6 min per side.**

  • Pat scallops dry firmly with paper towels.
  • Drizzle 1 tbsp oil over scallops, then season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
  • Working one skewer at a time, thread 2-3 scallops onto skewer. Repeat until all scallop are skewered.
  • Add scallop to the grill. Cook, flipping scallop once, until cooked through, 2-3 min per side.**

  • Husk, then cut each cob in half crosswise.
  • Brush each cob with 1/2 tbsp oil.
  • Add corn to the grill. Close lid and grill, turning occasionally, until corn is tender and grill marks form, 8-10 min.

  • Trim ends off broccolini, then cut any larger stalks in half lengthwise, leaving thinner stalks whole.
  • Brush broccolini with 1 tbsp oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add broccolini to the grill. Grill, flipping once, until tender-crisp, 4-5 min.
