Juice 2 clementines.

Heat a small pot over high heat. When hot, add 1 tbsp butter, then whole cranberries, white sugar, 1/4 cup water, 1/4 tsp Holiday Spice, and clementine juice. Cook, stirring together, until thick and bubbly, 8-9 min.

Remove the pot from heat and set aside. Transfer the cranberry sauce to a small bowl. Set aside.
