Cooking Steps

  • Before starting, wash and dry all produce.
  • Roughtly chop broccoli into 1/2-inch pieces.
  • In a large non-stick pan, add broccoli and 1/4 cup water. Cover and cook for 5-6 min, stirring occasionally, until tender. (NOTE: Broccoli can be steamed in the microwave with a 1/4 cup water lightly covered fir 2-4 min!)
  • Add 1 tbsp oil and half the Zesty Garlic Spice Blend. Cook 1 min, stirring constantly, until fragrant.
  • Remove from heat.

  • Meanwhile, spread cream cheese evenly over all tortillas. 
  • Down the middle of each tortilla, divide broccoli and cheddar cheese. 
  • Roll tortillas tightly over filling. 
  • Set aside in an appropriate container, seam-side down.

  • Cut cucumber into quarters lengthwise. 
  • To a small bowl or container with lid, add hummus and remaining Zesty Garlic Spice Blend. Stir to combine.

  • Halve wraps, if desired.
  • Arrange each ingredient in a separate compartment in your bento box. Keep any extra wraps in an air-tight container. (TIP: If eating on the weekend, crisp up in a pan with a bit of oil!)
