This Beyond Meat® burger packs all the punch of a restaurant-style Caesar salad, sandwiched between toasted, crouton-style garlic-butter buns.

Cooking Steps

Roast potatoes

  • Before starting, preheat the oven to 450°F.
    Wash and dry all produce.
  • Remove 2 tbsp (4 tbsp) butter from the fridge and set aside to come up to room temperature.
  • Remove any brown spots from potatoes and cut into 1/2-inch wedges.
  • To a parchment-lined baking sheet, add potatoes, half the Zesty Garlic Blend and 1 tbsp oil. (NOTE: For 4 servings, use 2 baking sheets, with 1 tbsp oil per sheet.) Season with salt and pepper, then toss to coat.
  • Roast in the middle of the oven for 25-28 min, flipping halfway through, until tender and golden. (NOTE: For 4 servings, roast in the middle and the bottom of the oven, rotating sheets halfway through.)

  • Zest, then juice half the lemon (use whole lemon for 4 servings).
  • In a small bowl, add caesar dressing, half the garlic puree, half the lemon zest and 1/2 tbsp (1 tbsp) lemon juice.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then stir to combine.
  • Cut tomato into 1/4-inch rounds. Season with salt and pepper.
Form Beyond Meat® patties

  • Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, add Beyond Meat® patties, 2 tbsp (4 tbsp) Parmesan, breadcrumbs, remaining lemon zest and remaining Zesty Garlic Blend. Season with pepper, then combine. 
  • Form mixture into 2 (4) 4-inch-wide patties. 
Cook Beyond Meat® patties

  • Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high.
  • When hot, add 1/2 tbsp (1 tbsp) oil, then patties. Pan-fry for 4-5 min per side, until cooked through.**
  • When patties are almost done, sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
  • Cover and continue cooking for 1-2 min, until cheese melts.
  • Remove from heat. 
Toast buns

  • Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine 2 tbsp (4 tbsp) softened butter and remaining garlic puree. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Halve buns, then spread garlic butter on cut sides.
  • On an unlined baking sheet, arrange buns, cut-sides up.
  • Toast in the top of the oven for 4-6 min, until golden. (TIP: Keep an eye on them so that they don't burn!)
Finish and serve

  • Spread half the Caesar dressing over bottom buns, then top with spring mix, patties and tomatoes. Close with top buns.
  • Divide Beyond Meat® burgers and potatoes between plates.
  • Serve remaining Caesar dressing alongside for dipping.
