This is the 6 person recipe. Start this recipe at the 50min mark.

Before starting, wash and dry all produce. While wild mushroom tart bakes, zest, then juice the lemon.

Make sauce

Stir together sour cream, horseradish, half the lemon zest, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp chives and 1/2 tsp sugar in a small bowl. (NOTE: Reserve remaining chives for the mashed potatoes and remaining lemon zest for the broccolini.) Season with salt and pepper.
