Cooking Steps

Grill chicken

  • Before starting, lightly oil the grill. While you prep, preheat the grill to medium (approx. 400°F). Wash and dry all produce.

  • Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper and  Applewood Smoke Spice. 

    Add chicken to one side of the grill, then close lid and grill 6-8 min per side, flipping once, until chicken is cooked through.**

Grill steaks

  • Pat steaks dry with paper towels.
  • Season with Montreal Spice Blend. 
  • Add steaks to grill. Cook 4-6 min per side, flipping once, until cooked to desired doneness.**
Grill mushroooms

  • Brush mushrooms with 1 tbsp oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add mushrooms the grill. Grill 5-6 min, flipping once, until softened.
Grill corn

  • Cut each cob of corn in half crosswise.
  • Add corn to the grill. Close lid and grill 8-10 min, turning occasionally, until corn is tender and grill marks form. 
  • Season with salt and pepper.
