Instructions

Bake brie and toast walnuts
1

Before starting, preheat the oven to 425°F. Wash and dry all produce. Remove brie from packaging and place in an oven-safe dish or 8x8-inch baking dish. Dollop blueberry jam over top of brie. Bake in the middle of the oven until brie softens, 18-20 min. When brie is done, remove from the oven and turn the oven to high broil. While brie bakes, heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat. When hot, add walnuts to the dry pan. Toast, stirring often, until golden-brown, 4-5 min. (TIP: Keep your eye on

Make crostini
2

Cut ciabatta width-wise into 1/4-inch slices. Add 1 tbsp butter to a small bowl. Melt in the microwave, 30 sec. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Arrange ciabatta slices directly on an unlined baking sheet. Brush with melted butter. Broil in the middle of the oven until golden-brown, 2-4 min. (TIP: Keep your eye on the crostini so they don’t burn!)
