Holy Trinity Beef Bowl

Holy Trinity Beef Bowl

with Scallion Rice & Creole Butter

"Meal is pre-cooked and ships ready-to-heat in your oven or microwave. The Cajun holy trinity — onion, celery and bell peppers — may not be divine, but it’s worth worshipping. Here, it’s stewed down in tomato sauce that, with some help from our Cajun seasoning, transforms lean ground beef into a hearty, crave-worthy main course. Scallion-infused rice tossed with kidney beans, red onion and corn is the perfect complement, as is a knob of creole-spiced butter."
