Review summary

Updated on Feb 2026
  • Flavor: Many enjoyed the sweet and spicy maple sauce on the pork, though some found it too thin or lacking depth.
  • Ease of prep: Several noted the recipe was quick and easy to make, with clear instructions for cooking times and temperatures.
  • Suggestions: Consider pan-frying or grilling the pork instead of baking to maintain crispiness; roast Brussels sprouts longer for better texture.
  • Portions: Some felt the meat portion was too small, especially for those with larger appetites.
  • Vegetables: Many appreciated the fresh Brussels sprouts, but some found them undercooked; sweet potato wedges were generally well-received.
