Cooking Steps

  • Peel, halve, then cut carrot into 1/2-inch sticks.
  • Halve garlic bread horizontally, then halve again crosswise.

  • Arrange garlic bread slices on clean work surface.
  • Sprinkle cheese evenly over bottom slices, pressing gently to adhere. Close with remaining top slices.

  • Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat. When hot, add one sandwich to the pan and cook until golden-brown, 2-3 minute per side. 
  • Transfer grilled cheese to a plate.
  • Carefully wipe pan clean with paper towels, then repeat with remaining grilled cheese.

  • Halve grilled cheese sandwiches, then divide between plates. 
  • Divide carrot sticks and ranch between plates.
