Roast potatoes

Before starting, preheat the oven to 450°F. Wash and dry all produce.\ufeff Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch wedges. Add potatoes and 1 tbsp oil to an unlined baking sheet. Season with 1/2 tsp garlic salt (dbl for 4 ppl) and pepper, then toss to coat. (NOTE: For 4 ppl, use 2 baking sheets, with 1 tbsp oil per sheet.) Roast in the middle of the oven, flipping halfway through, until tender and golden-brown, 25-28 min. (NOTE: For 4 ppl, roast in the middle and the bottom of the oven, rotating sheets halfway through.)

Make burger patties

Meanwhile, add breadcrumbs, turkey, half the Indian Spice Blend, half the Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 tsp garlic salt (dbl for 4 ppl) to a large bowl. Season with pepper, then combine.Form mixture into two 4-inch-wide patties (4 patties for 4 ppl).

Cook patties

Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. When hot, add 1/2 tbsp oil (dbl for 4 ppl), then patties. Pan-fry until cooked through, 2-3 min per side.**

Finish burgers

Meanwhile, halve buns. Arrange buns, cut-side up, on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Once patties are cooked through, arrange patties beside buns. Top patties with cheese. Bake buns and burgers in the top of the oven until golden-brown and cheese has melted, 3-4 min. (TIP: Keep an eye on buns so they don't burn!)

Make curry sauce and assemble burgers

Cut tomato into 1/4-inch slices.Stir together ketchup, mayo, remaining Worcestershire and remaining Indian Spice Mix together in a small bowl. When buns are toasted, spread half the curry ketchup on the buns, top with patty, then tomato, spring mix and top bun.

Finish and serve

Divide currywurst cheeseburgers and roasted potatoes between plates. Serve remaining curry sauce on the side for dipping.
