For good measure, we’ve thrown in some carrots and Brussels sprouts that are tossed in Italian seasoning and roasted until golden."

1. Remove meal sleeve, pierce clear plastic film. If applicable, peel corner of film to remove cup.
2. Microwave meal on HIGH for 2-3 minutes.
3. Remove meal, let cool, peel off film, plate and enjoy!
