
"Meal is pre-cooked and ships ready-to-heat in your oven or microwave. Chicken marsala is an Italian-American classic for a good reason. The combination of tender seasoned chicken, savoury mushrooms and a bright, herby wine reduction is mouthwateringly good, and—like in our version—even better over a bed of penne and covered in Parm. For good measure, we’ve thrown in some carrots and Brussels sprouts that are tossed in Italian seasoning and roasted until golden." Ingredients: Carrots • Chicken breast • Cauliflower penne (water, cauliflower powder, potato starch, tapioca starch, whole egg, egg white, xanthan gum, konjac, salt) • Brussels sprouts • Cremini mushrooms • Water • Heavy cream (milk) • Light cream cheese (milk ingredients, modified milk ingredients, bacterial culture, salt, guar gum, locust bean gum, lactic acid) • Spanish onion • Garlic • Parmesan cheese (milk, modified milk ingredients, bacterial culture, salt, lipase, calcium chloride, rennet and/or microbial enzyme, powdered cellulose, parmesan flavour (natural)) • Olive oil • Cabernet wine (sulphites) • Chicken glace (chicken broth, carrot, onion, garlic, spices) • Roasted garlic (garlic, extra virgin olive oil, water, natural flavour, lactic acid, calcium disodium EDTA) • Parsley • Sea salt • Tapioca starch • Porcini mushroom powder • Garlic powder • Onion powder • Black pepper • Rosemary • Italian seasoning (marjoram, thyme, rosemary, savory, sage, oregano, basil) • Thyme • Dried chives • Xanthan gum.
1. Remove meal sleeve, pierce clear plastic film. If applicable, peel corner of film to remove cup.
2. Microwave meal on HIGH for 2-3 minutes.
3. Remove meal, let cool, peel off film, plate and enjoy!
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

3. Place tray on an oven safe baking sheet and heat for 10-15 minutes.
4. Carefully remove meal, let cool, plate and enjoy!
