Cooking Steps

Form patties

  • Before starting, preheat the oven to 450˚F. Wash and dry all produce.
  • Finely chop parsley.
  • Peel, then mince or grate garlic.
  • To a large bowl, add beef, garlic, half the Dill-Garlic Spice Blend, breadcrumbs and half the parsley. Season with 1/4 tsp (1/2 tsp) salt and 1/8 tsp (1/4 tsp) pepper, then combine.
  • Form mixture into 2 (4) 5-inch-wide patties.
Cook patties

  • Heat a large non-stick pan over medium.
  • When hot, add patties to the dry pan. (NOTE: Don't crowd the pan; cook patties in 2 batches if needed.) Pan-fry 4-5 min per side, until cooked through.** 
  • Transfer to a plate, then cover to keep warm.
Make croutons

  • Meanwhile, cut ciabatta into 1/2-inch pieces.
  • To an unlined baking sheet, add ciabatta, 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) oil, remaining Dill-Garlic Spice Blend, salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
  • Toast in the middle of the oven for 5-8 min, stirring halfway through, until lightly golden. 
Prep and assemble salad

  • Meanwhile, cut tomatoes into 1/4-inch pieces.
  • Halve cucumbers, then cut into 1/4-inch half-moons.
  • To another large bowl, add vinegar, 1 tbsp 
    (2 tbsp) oil and 1/4 tsp (1/2 tsp) sugar. Whisk to combine. 
  • Add spring mix, cucumbers and tomatoes. Toss to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
Make parsley-yogurt sauce

  • In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt sauce and remaining parsley.
Finish and serve

  • To salad, add half the croutons, then toss to combine.
  • Divide salad between plates. Sprinkle with remaining croutons.
  • Top with burger patties. Sprinkle with feta.
  • Spoon parsley-yogurt sauce over top.
