Cooking Steps

Cook beef

  • Wash and dry all produce.
  • Cook beef in 1 tbsp oil in a large non-stick pan over high for 3-4 min, until no pink remains.**
  • Add Shawarma Spice Blend and garlic puree. Cook 1 min, then season with salt and pepper.
Prep veggies and cabbage

  • Chop tomatoes and parsley.
  • Thinly slice radishes into 1/8-inch half-moons.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together vinegar, 1 tbsp oil and 1/2 tsp sugar. Stir in coleslaw cabbage mix. Season with salt and pepper. 
Pack and enjoy

  • Pack cabbage.
  • Top with beef.
  • Top with radishes, tomatoes, parsley and olives. Sprinkle with feta. 
  • Drizzle with yogurt sauce when serving.
