Cooking Steps

Grill corn

  • Cut each cob of corn in half crosswise.
  • Brush each half cob with 1/2 tbsp oil.
  • Add corn to one side of the grill.
  • Close lid and grill, turning occasionally, until corn is tender and grill marks form, 8-10 min.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
Grill Beyond Meat patties

  • Add Beyond Meat patties to the other side of the grill. Close lid and grill, flipping once, until patties are cooked through, 3-4 min per side.**
Prep

  • Thinly slice tomato, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Remove and discard outer layer of lettuce. 
  • Halve lettuce head, then cut around core. 
  • Separate desired amount of leaves from head. (NOTE: Use remaining lettuce for a future creation!)
  • Halve buns, then place in the toaster until golden-brown.
Finish and serve

  • Serve alongside your favourite toppings and condiments!
