Customer reviews

Review summary

Updated on Feb 2026
  • Flavor: The sausage gravy was a hit, though some found the Italian sausage overpowering; consider offering a ground beef option.
  • Ease of prep: Several reviewers noted multiple steps and assembly, but found the result worth the effort.
  • Suggestions: Use cheese curds instead of cheddar for authenticity; crisp the potatoes more for better texture.
  • Portions: Generous portions satisfied most, but some wanted more gravy or bacon.
  • Leftovers: Tastes best fresh; doesn't reheat well as potatoes become oil-soaked.
