Cooking Steps

Make croutons

  • Before starting, wash and dry all produce.
  • Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high.
  • While the pan heats, tear or cut ciabatta into 1-inch pieces.
  • When the pan is hot, add 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) butter. Swirl the pan for 30 sec, until butter melts.
  • Add ciabatta. Season with salt and pepper. Toast for 2-4 min, stirring often, until lightly crisp and golden. Remove from heat. Sprinkle half the Zesty Garlic Blend over top. Stir to combine.
  • Transfer croutons to a plate. Carefully wipe the pan clean.
Prep and make dressing

  • Core, then cut apple into 1/2-inch pieces.
  • To a large bowl, add honey, Dijon, vinegar and 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) oil. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
Cook chicken

  • Pat chicken dry with paper towels, then cut into 1-inch pieces. Season with salt, pepper and remaining Zesty Garlic Blend.
  • Reheat the same pan over medium-high. When the pan is hot, add 1/2 tbsp (1 tbsp) oil, then chicken.
  • Cook for 3-5 min, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through.**
  • Remove from heat. Stir in 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) honey-mustard dressing.
Finish and serve

  • To the bowl of remaining dressing, add apples, arugula and spinach mix, spring mix, and half the croutons. Toss to coat.
  • Divide salad betwen plates.
  • Top with chicken, seed blend and remaining croutons.
