Cooking Steps

  • Heat a large non-stick pan over medium. 
    When hot, add bacon. Cook for 5-8 min, flipping occasionally, until crispy.** Remove the pan from heat. Using tongs, transfer bacon to a paper towel-lined cutting board. Set aside. Discard all but 1 tbsp bacon fat.

  • Reheat the same pan with reserved bacon fat over medium heat. 
  • When hot, add gnocchi. Cook, turning occasionally, until golden, 7-8 min.
  • Transfer gnocchi to a plate.

  • Roughly chop parsley.
  • Reheat the same pan over medium, when hot, add cream, cream cheese, 1/2 cup water, chicken broth concentrate and cooked gnocchi.
  • Cook, stirring often, until sauce thickens slightly and coats gnocchi, 2-3 min. 
  • Season with salt, then stir in half the parsley.

  • Roughly chop bacon. 
  • Divide gnocchi between plates, then top with bacon and remaining parsley.
  • Sprinkle parmesan over top.
