Cooking Steps

  • Before starting, preheat the broiler to high.
    Wash and dry all produce.
  • Pat salmon dry with paper towels. 
  • Arrange salmon on a foil-lined baking sheet, skin side down. Season with salt, pepper and Dill-Garlic Spice Blend. Drizzle 1 tsp (2 tsp) oil over top. 
  • Broil in the top of the oven for 7-9 min until lightly charred and cooked through.**

  • Heat a large pot over medium-high.
  • When hot, add 1 tsp (2 tsp) oil, 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) butter, potatoes, corn and mirepoix. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 4-5 min, stirring often until tender-crisp.
  • While veggies cook, peel, then mince or grate garlic.
  • Roughly chop parsley.
  • Melt 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) butter in a small bowl in the microwave. Add garlic and half the parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.

  • To pot with veggies, add cream sauce spice blend. Stir to coat.
  • Add cream, cream cheese, stock powder and 1 1/2 cups (2 1/2 cups) water.  Cook for 3-4 min, stirring often until slightly thickened. 
  • Meanwhile, on an unlined baking sheet, arrange buns cut-side up. I Spread garlic butter on buns. Broil in the middle of the oven for 3-4 min, until crispy and golden. (TIP: Keep an eye on buns so they don't burn!)

  • Remove and discard salmon skin. Flake salmon into large chunks.
  • Divide stew between bowls. 
  • Top with salmon and remaining parsley.
  • Serve garlic bread alongside.
