- Heat a medium pot over medium heat.
- When hot, add 2 tbsp butter, then swirl the pot until melted, 30 sec.
- Sprinkle Gravy Spice Blend over butter. Cook, stirring often, until golden-brown and fragrant, 2-3 min.
- Add 1 cup reserved turkey drippings, broth concentrates, 1/2 tbsp chicken salt and 1 tsp thyme, then increase heat to high. (TIP: If you don't have enough drippings to make 1 cup, top up with water!)
- Once boiling, reduce heat to medium.
- Simmer, whisking often, until gravy is reduces slightly, 4-5 min.
- Transfer gravy to a gravy boat.
