  • Peel, halve, then cut carrot into 1/2-inch sticks.
  • Core, then cut bell pepper into 1/2-inch slices.
  • Halve garlic bread horizontally, then halve again crosswise.

  • Arrange garlic bread slices on parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle cheese evenly over slices, pressing gently to adhere.

  • Bake in the middle of the oven until lightly golden-brown and cheese has metled, 5-6 min.

  • Halve garlic bread cheese toasties, then divide between plates. 
  • Divide carrot sticks, bell peppers and ranch between plates.
