Cooking Steps

Grill chicken

  • Before starting, wash and dry all produce.  Lightly oil the grill. While you prep, preheat the grill over medium heat (approx. 400°F). 
  • Pat chicken dry with paper towels. 
  • Season with salt, pepper and 2 tbsp (4 tbsp) Applewood Smoke Spice, if desired. 
  • Add chicken to one side of the grill, close lid and grill, flipping once, until chicken is cooked through, 6-8 min per side.**

 

Grill steak

  • Pat steak dry with paper towels.
  • Season with salt and pepper or 2 tbsp (4 tbsp) Montreal Spice Blend, if desired.
  • Add steak. Cook, flipping steak once, until cooked to desired doneness, 4-6 min per side.**

 

Grill asparagus

  • Brush asparagus with 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  •  Add asparagus to the grill. Grill, flipping once, until tender-crisp, 4-5 min.

 

Grill corn

  • Cut each cob in half crosswise.
  • Brush each cob with 1/2 tbsp oil.
  • Add corn to the grill. Close lid and grill, turning occasionally, until corn is tender and grill marks form, 8-10 min.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
