Cooking Steps

Cook broccoli

  • Before starting, wash and dry all produce.
  • Roughly chop broccoli into 1/2-inch pieces.
  • To a large non-stick pan, add broccoli and 1/4 cup water. Cover and cook for 5-6 min, stirring occasionally, until tender. (NOTE: Broccoli can be steamed in the microwave, too — just place broccoli pieces in a microwave-safe bowl with 1/4 cup of water, cover lightly and cook for 2-4 min.)  
  • Add 1 tbsp oil and half the Zesty Garlic Blend. Cook 1 min, stirring constantly, until fragrant.
  • Remove from heat.
Assemble wraps

  • Meanwhile, spread cream cheese evenly over tortillas. 
  • Down the middle of each tortilla, divide broccoli and cheddar. 
  • Roll tortillas tightly over filling. 
  • Set aside in an sealable container, seam-sides down.

  • Peel carrot. Quarter lengthwise, then cut in half. 
  • To a small bowl or container with lid, add hummus and remaining Zesty Garlic Blend. Stir to combine. 
Finish and serve

  • Halve wraps, if you like.
  • Arrange ingredients, including tomatoes, carrots and grapes, in separate compartments of a bento box. Keep any extra wraps in an air-tight container. (TIP: If eating on the weekend, you can also crisp up the wraps in a pan with a bit of oil!)
