Cooking Steps

  • Core, then cut pepper into 1/4-inch pieces.
  • Combine cream cheese, sour cream, 1/4 tsp garlic salt, 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning and 1/8 tsp pepper in a small bowl.
  • Wrap tortillas in paper towels. Microwave until tortillas are warm and flexible, 1 min. (TIP: You can skip this step if you don't want to warm the tortillas!)

  • Arrange tortillas on a clean work surface.
  • Working with one tortilla at a time, spread some cream cheese mixture evenly over one side of tortilla, then top with pepperoni and peppers. Roll tortilla tightly to close.
  • Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  • Halve pizza roll ups.
