Cooking Steps

  • Before starting, wash and dry all produce.  Lightly oil the grill. While you prep, preheat the grill over medium heat (approx. 400°F). 
  • Halve buns, then brush with 1/2 tbsp oil. 
  • Husk corn.
  • Halve zucchini lengthwise, then halve each piece lengthwise again.
  • To a large bowl, add corn, zucchini, 1 tbsp oil and Zesty Garlic Spice Blend. Season with salt and pepper, then toss to coat. 
  • Open hot dog packets.

  • Add corn to one side of the grill. Close lid and grill, turning occasionally, until corn is tender and grill marks form, 10-13 min.
  • Add zucchini to other side of the grill. Grill, flipping once, until tender-crisp, 5-8 min.
  • Transfer back to the bowl, then cover to keep warm.

  • Once veggies are cooked, add hot dogs to one side of grill. 
  • Grill for 6-7 min, turning often, until hot dogs are grilled marked and warmed through.**
  • Once hot dogs are almost finished, add buns to other side of the grill, cut-side down. Close lid and grill buns until toasted, 1-2 min. (TIP: Keep an eye on buns so they don't burn!)

  • Divide hot dogs between buns.
  • Top with ketchup and any other toppings of your choice.
