  • Add honey and Dijon to a medium bowl. Stir to combine. 
  • Using a strainer, drain and rinse shrimp. Pat dry with paper towels. Season with 1/2 tsp (1 tsp) garlic salt and pepper.
Fry shrimp

  • Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high.
  • When hot, add 1/2 tbsp (1 tbsp) oil, then shrimp. Cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp just turn pink, 2-3 min.**
  • Remove the pan from heat. 
  • Drizzle three-quarters of the honey-Dijon sauce over shrimp. 
Make salad

  • Meanwhile, add vinegar and 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) oil to the bowl with remaining honey-Dijon mixture. Whisk to combine. 
  • Add spring mix and grapes. Toss to combine, then season with salt and pepper.
Finish and serve

  • Divide shrimp and salad between plates. 
  • Sprinkle almonds and goat cheese over salad.
