ROAST SWEET POTATOES
ROAST SWEET POTATOES
1

Preheat the oven to 425°F (to roast sweet potatoes and toast buns). Start prep when the oven comes up to temp. In Step 2, use this heat guide to determine what spice level you prefer (dbl each for 4 ppl): 1/4 tsp mild, 1/2 tsp medium or 1 tsp spicy!

Wash and dry all produce.* Cut sweet potato into ¼-inch matchstick fries. On a baking sheet, toss sweet potatoes with 1 tbsp oil (dbl for 4 ppl). Season with salt and pepper. Roast in middle of oven, turning halfway through cooking, until golden-brown, 22-24 min.

(TIP: Cook to a min. internal temp. of 74°C/165°F.**) (NOTE: After your patties are flipped, using your spatula, carefully re-shape burgers by pressing against edges to form the ideal shape! )
