
These DIY flatbreads are inspired by the national dish of Georgia, 'Khachapuri'. In place of the traditional cheeses, we've blended creamy ricotta, briny feta and melty mozzarella! Top each flatbread with bacon and an egg! If you've opted to add bacon, arrange bacon strips in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast bacon in the top of the oven for 8-12 min, until crispy and cooked through.**
