Cooking Steps

Cook filling
1
  • Before starting, preheat the broiler to high.
    Wash and dry all produce.
  • Thinly slice green onion.
  • Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high.
  • When hot, add 1/2 tbsp (1 tbsp) oil, then turkey, Tex-Mex paste, Mexican Seasoning, corn and 2 tbsp (4 tbsp) tomato salsa.
  • Cook for 4-5 min, breaking up turkey into smaller pieces, until no pink remains.**
  • Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble quesadillas
2
  • Arrange tortillas on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  • Add turkey mixture on one side of each tortilla. Top with tortilla chips (about 3-4 chips per tortilla), then sprinkle cheese and green onions over top.
  • Fold each tortilla over onto itself and firmly press to close.
Broil quesadillas
3
  • Brush quesadillas with 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) oil.
  • Broil in the middle of the oven for 2-3 min per side, flipping halfway through, until tortillas are golden and cheese has melted.
Finish and serve
4
  • Divide turkey crunch quesadillas between plates.
  • Serve remaining tortilla chips and salsa on the side for dipping.

Customer reviews

Review summary

Updated on Feb 2026
  • Flavor: Many enjoyed the tasty and filling quesadillas, though some found them a bit spicy; others wished for more flavor or vegetables.
  • Ease of prep: Quick and easy to make, but some found assembly challenging due to small tortillas and difficulty folding without ingredients falling out.
  • Suggestions: Consider adding more green onions, regular onion bits, cilantro, or a side salad. Try larger tortillas for easier assembly and folding.
  • Portions: While most found it satisfying, some wished for fewer but larger tortillas to improve assembly and serving size.
  • Texture: The crunchy chips inside were hit-or-miss; some enjoyed the texture, while others preferred using them as a side dish.
