If you've opted to add sausage, heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high. When the pan is hot, add 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) butter, then swirl the pan to melt. Add sausage, along with corn, tomatoes and zucchini. Cook for 4-6 min, breaking up sausage into smaller pieces, until veggies are tender-crisp and sausage is cooked through.** Season with salt and pepper.
