If you've opted to get tilapia, pat dry with paper towels. Season in the same way the recipe instructs you to season shrimp. Heat 1/2 tbsp (1 tbsp) oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high. When the pan is hot, pan-fry for 3-4 min per side, until browned and cooked through.**
