  • Whisk together oats, milk, peanut butter and 1/8 tsp salt in a large bowl until combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 4 hrs.
Finish and serve

  • When oats are ready to serve, halve, pit, then cut plum into 1/2-inch slices.
  • Run blueberry jam packets under wam water to soften, 30 sec. Stir together jam and honey in a small bowl until smooth.
  • Divide overnight oats between bowls, then top with honey-jam mixture. Use a spoon to gently swirl honey-jam mixture through oats.
  • Top oats with peanuts and plums.
