Cook Salmon

In a large non-stick pan, heat 1 tbsp oil (double for 4 portions) over medium-high heat.While the pan heats, pat salmon dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.When the pan is hot, add salmon. Cook for 2-3 min, until browned. Flip salmon and continue cooking for 2-3 min, until cooked through.**** Health Canada recommends cooking fish to a minimum internal temperature of 158ºF.
