Cooking Steps

Make cheese toasties

  • Cut ciabatta into 1/2-inch slices.
  • Arrange ciabatta on an unlined baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle cheese over top, then bake in the middle of the oven until cheese has melted, 1-2 min. (TIP: Keep an eye on cheese toasties so they don't burn!)

  • Meanwhile, core, then cut apples into 1/2-inch slices.
  • Cut celery lengthwise into 1/2-inch sticks.
Make dip and mix yogurt

  • Combine peanut butter, cream cheese, 1/8 tsp sugar and 1/8 tsp salt in a small bowl. (NOTE: This is your fun fruit dip!)
  • Run strawberry jam packet under warm water for 30 sec to soften.
  • Combine jam and 1 tsp sugar in another small bowl. Add yogurt. Stir until smooth.
Finish and serve

  • Divide cheese toasties, apple slices and celery sticks between plates.
  • Serve fun fruit dip and strawberry yogurt on the side.
