Cooking Steps

PREP AND ROAST ALMONDS
1

Cut stems off green beans. Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat. When hot, add almonds to the dry pan. Toast, stirring often, until golden-brown, 4-5 min. Transfer almonds to a plate. Set aside. (NOTE: Don't forget to check on the turkey! It's almost time to let that turkey rest!)

COOK BEANS
2

Heat the same pan over medium heat. When hot, add 2 tbsp butter, then the green beans. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, 10-12 min. Season with salt and pepper.

FINISH AND FEAST
3

Transfer green beans to a serving dish. Sprinkle over the toasted almonds.
