Cooking Steps

  • Before starting, preheat the oven to 425 °F.
  • Lightly oil the grill. While you prep, preheat the grill to medium (approx. 400°F).Wash and dry all produce.
  • Remove 2 tbsp (4 tbsp) butter from the fridge and set aside to come up to room temperatue.
  • Remove any brown spots from potatoes, then cut into 1/4-inch rounds.
  • To an unlined baking sheet, add potatoes and 1 tbsp oil. (NOTE: For 4 servings, use 2 baking sheets, with 1 tbsp oil per sheet.) Season with half the Zesty Garlic Blend, salt and pepper, then toss to coat.
  • Roast in the middle of the oven for 25-28 min, flipping halfway through, until tender and golden.

  • Meanwhile, on a parchment-lined baking sheet, arrange bacon in a single layer. 
  • Roast in the middle of the oven for 10-14 min, until bacon is crisp and cooked through.** Transfer bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to cool.

  • In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, grainy mustard and remaining garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Mince or grate garlic
  • In a medium bowl, add ground beef, panko, Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix, half the garlic, half the grainy mustard, 1/2 tsp (1 tsp) salt and 1/4 tsp (1/2 tsp) pepper. Mix to combine.
  • Divide mixture into 2 (4) 7-inch sausage shapes.
  • Brush sausages with 1/2 tbsp (1 tbsp) oil.
  • Add sausage to the grill. Close lid and grill sausage, flipping once, until cooked through, 6-8 min per side.**

  • In a small bowl, combine butter and remaining Zesty Garlic Blend.
  • Spread butter on tops and bottoms of sandwich buns.
  • Place buns buttered side down on one side of the grill. Close lid and grill over medium heat for 2-3 mins, until warm.

  • Spread half the ketchup on the bottom buns
  • Top bottom buns with bacon, sausage and remaining ketchup. Close with top buns.
  • Divide potato coins between plates.
  • Serve mayonnaise alongside for dipping.
